Shanna is absolutely amazing! Her and I are currently in the process of taking my hair from black to ash blonde and I've never been happier. The in-between colors are even beautiful thanks to Shanna! I can't wait to go back for another round! I highly recommend charisma salon and Shanna!!!
I have never left a salon fully satisfied until I went here! Absolutely wonderful. I saw Shanna and she did a FANTASTIC job. I am absolutely in love with my hair now. I highly recommend this salon- it is wonderful.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to have my hair cut by Shanna!! Going into it she knew I’d never had my hair cut by anyone other than my hairdresser at home. That being said she did an AMAZING job and really worked with me to figure out what I wanted and to curb any nerves I had with getting my hair cut by someone new. Definitely will going back to see her as she did a wonderful job taming my long and thick hair!!
After having to cancel twice due to her being sick, my 8 yet old had her first big haircut today! She mentioned this morning she was ready for a haircut, we called and were able to make an appointment same day. To make everything more interesting, my daughter has Hair Brushing Syncope which can cause her to pass out. Shanna was very patient and assuring with my daughter allowing for a special experience leaving with an awesome haircut and a ponytail ready to donate
