My Chargepoint charger started malfunctioning over three weeks ago. I have wasted several hours chasing up the warranty replacement and I am getting no response despite repeated phone calls. I am told my warranty replacement has been approved but it has not been shipped. Meanwhile I have a bad charger. This company is terrible at customer service.

I purchased a charepoint boxed that I had hardwired from a certified electrician 5 months ago that I paid for. The charger stopped working and Chargepoint offered to replace the box within 7 to 10 business days which is very inconvenient since I know have to drivr 40 miles roundtrip to access a level 3 charger. Also they wouldnt even install the new charger. They said I have to do it myself. This is horrible customer service! ******** says this is the best company to buy a level 2 charger for your home but I beg to differ

I needed to update my new banking info. I do not have the time or energy to go around in circles trying to get My new account info updated so as to use the card to Charge My vehicle. I had explained I do not have all day. I also only have a phone and library computer to receive a pass code. All to complicated!I am exhausted going around in circles with "The" customer service.

I contacted their support team as my home chargepoint stopped working. They agreed to replace it. Six weeks later it still hasn't shipped. Thank heavens my car is a hybrid otherwise I would be be immobile for over a month. I just called to ask when it would ship and was told they couldn't tell me as they don't know. Bad product. Bad company. Avoid at all costs.

Very difficult to connect. I used the app on Kennebunk port DC charger and Auburn DC charger with great difficulty. Either the connection is too slow or the service does not respond fast enough. I ordered a card more than a month ago and haven't received it yet.

Charge point tops up unauthorized amounts and keeps the money when the account is closed. They should be subject to a class-action lawsuit. My account was closed by them when I left my company, the account cannot be logged in to, is unreachable, and their customer support is irresponsible and simply responds with check-in your mobile app account. I never got my overcharges back. They owe me about $50.

Payment scheme is borderline predatory. Once you start it is impossible to zero out your account without being banned from their quick chargers. There is no way to remove your card info without adding a new card, which frequently bugs and won't add it. If you go below $5 they will assume they know how to spend my money better then myself and take whatever they "deem" depending on how often I've used their charger. I have contacted their help desk on at least 4 occasions, have spent several hours on hold, still cannot make my account work. They escalated the problem to management with promises of call backs. No call backs. I have no opinion on their charging service, I have never used it but if you buy one of their products and have a problem don't rely on tech support.

This company has individuals that tell you one thing and another Rep. tells you something else. It is going on 2 years that residents can use the chargers and this has caused more problems than solutions. If you are a Property Owner I would advise that you use another company.
