I am a Sunday Morning Regular, Normally I come in sometimes during the week, I will say that my dining experience each and everytime has been off the chain! I have many servers I love dearly and have gave me outstanding service. This time my Server was MJ, She was extremely professional and she made sure I was completely satisfied with my dining experience. You guys continue the great work with your Service Staff, and the love of CHAR!

The service was great, the food was mediocre. We waited almost and hour and half for our meal. I paid with a gift card and cash. Instead of the waitress returning my change to me. She put the money on the gift card. I assume as a way to get me to come back. I refuse! Logans have better steaks.

I went to Chat for the 1st time yesterday to attend a "3 course" mystery dinner theatre show. My steak was delicious and cooked just right. However the side salad was an extremely small portion served on an appetizer plate and the desert, while delicious, was literally 2 bites. I felt like Char skimped out on the food, esp. considering that tickets were $50. Also we were told the event began at 6, didn't have the option to order apps, didn't even get bread until 7 and by the time we got entrees at 8 I was starting hangry. Th... read more

service was fair at best. food mediocre. all 3 of our mashed potatoes were cold, entrees brought out one at a time with several minutes between the next plate. It was my son's birthday he ordered desert. The waiter left so fast no one else had a chance to order dessert. Will not be returning
