RecommendedA great place to stay!! My unit was newly remodeled with granite countertops and new flooring. The grounds are beautiful with huge shade trees; great for taking walks. It is an easy commute to Fort Hood. A very convenient location...just a few minutes from HEB, Walmart, Walgreens and the Belton Movie Theater! The units have over-sized windows with great views. Perfect apartment living!!
We arrived at Chappell Oaks in need of short-term executive housing and simply loved it and stayed. The beautiful trees, pool, patio, and grill areas are great. But what makes it special is the efficient and caring staff who even host fabulous parties and holiday gatherings. Add the mix of tenants from retirees to young professionals and the special sauce which makes Chappell Oaks unique is complete. I cannot recommend this lovely apartment complex enough!

Sold our house, had to move out quickly, got the perfect apartment here. That was eight years ago! Absolutely love it here, especially since we are empty nesters and both have demanding jobs. So quiet, beautiful gated property, love our apartment with a great balcony and not to mention our fireplace! And the staff take such good care of us. We plan to stay until retirement, then who knows?

Tucked away under the trees, this gated community is beautiful! With friendly and helpful staff & residents, Chappell Oaks has so much to offer!!
Loved the dwelling, the people and the landscape ! Like living in a park ! The office staff (Leslie and Diana) and maintenance (Rick) were delightful and responsive. I would live there again in a heartbeat . Only moved to be with my children in San Antonio.
