I visited Ascension St. John Chapman Outpatient Rehabilitation after my doctor referred me for physical therapy for back pain. Before starting treatment, I called the facility, provided my insurance information, and asked about coverage. I was told my insurance covered up to 20 visits. I had rotator cuff surgery went to Chapman Outpatient Rehabilitation for 3 month. The staff is awesome. Matthew George was my PT. I went to him before my surgery not knowing I had torn my rotator cuff. After my initial evaluation with Matthew he recommend I go back to my primary doctor to investigate further the cause of my injury. After my surgery Matthew helped me increase my strength and range with each visit. Dru, and Abrie also helped when Matthew was not available and they were awesome as well. Very understanding and polite after my accident and my physical therapist is very understanding and very helpful to help me in my recovery thank you Allison and my surgeon

They lack compassion and kindness. If maybe Dru had been more patient and understanding with my mom's rightful fear of falling again, my mom wouldn't have given up after having trusted her and having her security crushed by Dru's sudden hatefulness. Maybe my Mom would still be here if given that basic human need and understanding after such a near brush with death, esp. from a medical professional. But now my Mom is gone.
