I’m sharing my experience at Chapman auto body because the experience was odd and pretty unimpressive. I really can’t complain about the body repair covered by manufacturer, a fender replacement is no easy thing with my car. The problems were that a: the appointment was a month out from booking, b: the car was kept for twice the two weeks requested (one month in the shop in total), c: it came out with overspray all over the rear end of the car and d: still had tape residue on it even after the overspray clean up.
