Visited this location over a month ago for a quote. I scraped my car on a pillar in a parkade and needed to get the door resprayed. The employee who did the quote was nice and snapped some photos to get a quote. After almost two weeks of not receiving the quote, I called and was told they were backed up but I’d receive my quote by the end of the week. Not recommended, had body work done on my F-150 after rear end collision, work didn't last even 3 months , take your vehicle somewhere else trust me.
I had my car repaired at Chapmans on Agricola Street a few months ago and I cannot say how pleased I was with their service and the quality of their work. They answered all my questions and the continuous communication of emails sure put my mind at ease. I would not go anywhere else if I ever need repair work done again and the fact that my car was given to me cleaned inside and out was the icing on the cake.
