Super friendly staff. Very impressed that Dr. Parnell actually got in the floor with my dog!! Marley enjoyed her time with Tyler and Kayla too! Marley even received a sweet goodie bag after her visit with a slip lead, CVH paw magnet, & pumpkin treats - complete w/recipe to make more! Dr. Parnell has been caring for my furkids for 7 years and I have the utmost confidence in her knowledge and ability to give my kids the best of care. She trained under Dr Kevin Blaes, one of the best vets ever.

We needed an emergency visit for our boy today. When I contact my vet they were very rude and seemed uninterested in helping us. I called Chapin Veterinary Hospital and we were squeezed in immediately- even though my dog is not a patient. I am beyond grateful for them taking care of us. So glad that we found our new vet today.
Dr. Parnell has been my vet for 7 years, since my bulldog was a baby. She is extremely astute, no nonsense and all about the animals. She has given me great guidance in managing a healthcare regime for an allergy prone bully and he is healthy today. By far my favorite vet ever! She does have a fun loving quirky side too �
