Love this place! I live in Lexington and driving to Chapin is WORTH it. The vet knows exactly what she’s doing and she took the time out to get to know and work with my nervous dog! (Nobody has ever done that for my Kipper) The staff is also extremely nice and caring.
I can't say enough about Chapin Veterinary Hospital! The staff and Dr. Parnell are informative, caring, and knowledgeable! My dog has severe allergies and stomach issues. They all know Prescott right away when we get there and know what he can and can't eat. I recommend Dr. Parnell and her staff everytime someone is looking for a vet! 5 stars!
Dr. Parnell and very friendly and knowledgeable staff have always taken care of my fur baby Jacob and always take care of him. Highly recommend!
Dr. Parnell is amazing! I followed her everywhere she went because she is that good! Very few people that I trust with my babies and she is on of them. The whole staff is friendly and always helpful.
We were referred to Dr. Parnell to help us with our baby. She spent at least an hour examining her, taking xrays, and generally coming up with a plan for her to live longer and more comfortably. I have total confidence in her and appreciate the gentle way she works with our little dog. So thankful to have found Chapin Veterinary Hospital, Dr. Parnell, and her staff!
