We switched to Chapin Veterinary Hospital within the last few months and my german shepherd's health started declining really fast and on his third visit to CVH i had to make the awful decision to say goodbye to him. The staff was so friendly and sweet during what was one of the most difficult things i have ever had to do. I highly recommend them. They truly care about our sweet animals.
1st - The Doctors and Staff are Amazing!!! Knowledgeable, Friendly, Loving, Patient and Attentive! 2nd - The facility is Clean, Open and Inviting! 3rd - All In One! I have a 2 year old Rabbit, 6 month old Tortoise and a 4 month old exuberant puppy (who is racking up frequent flyer miles with CVH- LoL) The services are upfront and very reasonable! CVH-Thanks for taking care of my animal babies!
We took our senior dog in truly believing she would not be coming back home with us. The first positive was the staff, you could see they really cared for animals, so sweet and gentle with our girl. Dr Scott was extremely knowledgeable and understood our concerns for our girl. she listened to us and explained all of the test results. She gave us meds for her and fully explained the timeline for recovery from her illness and her life expectancy. Wonderful bunch of caregivers. Bella loves them. They are always on time and can usually see me same day. Tyler and Dr P and the others very sweet. Bella approved and Recommend

Dr. Parnell has been with us a long time. She Cared for my cat even in the days of Dr. Blaes being her primary doctor. I have to say my cat lived longer because of Dr. Parnell & her staff, they taught me palliative care & how to care for her and her condition & were VERY patient with me. Chandler & Tyler were angels even when my cat wasn’t. Believe me, she was NOT an easy patient. I love this place, as it became my second home for a long time. We've had nothing but positive experiences with Dr. Parnell and her staff. They also accept Care Credit which is helpful for me!
BUNNY OWNERS, LOOK NO FURTHER. They took such great care of my three rabbits. Not only did they know their stuff, they’re the most reasonably priced for rabbit neutering/spaying around. It was such a relief to find them. Cannot recommend this place enough! (Had to include pics of the gang)
