I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Parnell and her team! We had a *challenging* visit with our highly anxious pup today. Any other vet would have given up on cutting our babies nails but Dr. Parnell literally rolled around with our baby on the floor to make her as comfortable as she could be. I love the intimate feeling of the clinic and am so glad to be done with the "big box" vet clinics we have been to in the past. We are SO glad that she is a permanent part of our pups care now :)
We went today for the first time and we are certainlu changing over full time. we have always loved Dr. Parnell since her days at Banfield and are beyond excited that she had her own practice now. Awesome customer service from everyone, the office is absolutely wonderful. I couldnt believe the reasonable charges for services either, I was really shocked!!! Dr. Parnell is the only vet I trust with my three babies.
Called Dr. Parnell with some questions about my fur baby. My vet retired so called a few places. No only did Dr. Parnell talk to me personally, but said all the things I wanted to hear. There was one thing she did no know so she said she would check tomorrow and call me back. She called me as soon as the office opened. She made me an appointment for 4 pm that day. She and her assistant went out of their way to make me and my dog fell very comfortable. Recommend her to everyone. Thank you Dr. Parnell.
Dr Parnell is just the absolute best!!! She has cared for my furbabies for over 5 years!!!
I followed Dr. Parnell to her new office, she has been a godsend for our pup. We struggled for almost a year at other hospitals to figure out why our youngest pup was loosing skin & hair. Dr. Parnell took one look and suggested an autoimmune disease. We started steroids and antibiotics immediately and in a week our pup looked like a brand new dog.. We cannot thank her enough for all she does, and she is well worth the 45 minute drive I take to see her and the staff at Chapin Veterinary Hospital!
Amazing staff, very knowledgeable and friendly. They treat your pups as if they were their own. 5 stars. I live in NE Columbia (35 minutes away) and happily have made and will continue to make the 45 to an hr drive in traffic to bring my 8 pups out here.
Love them! They are such a great group! I love how they are super caring and attentive as soon as you walk in the door. You can truly tell Dr. Parnell loves her job, She is completely genuine and honest! They love your pet as their very own! Super thankful for the referral and we have found our forever Vet! 🙌🏻🙏🏻😘
