I am new to the area and chipped a tooth over the weekend. On Saturday, I sent an email requesting an appointment and explained that I had never been there before. I received a call on Monday morning at 7:45 and they gave me an appointment for 9am that day. They were extremely nice and I loved that they got me in so quick, especially since I wasn't already a patient. I have found my new dentist!

I felt I had somewhat of an emergency--broke tooth off below a crown--with very little notice Dr. Holstein & staff worked me in their schedule for examination and counseling. Corrective options were discussed and a corrective plan was developed. Great reason for being a long term patience of the Chapin Dental Associates.
Dr. Holstein and his entire staff are in equal measure: friendly, caring, efficient, and professional. You really could not ask for a better dental healthcare team.
Popped a cap off my tooth on a Friday @ 3 p.m. - called the office knowing they were closed but praying for an answer. Immediate response to advise me to meet at the office @ 4:00....on Friday. The newest member of the Dental team left her cake tasting for her upcoming wedding to take care of my little emergency with a smile on her face and making me feel like my incident was important - no matter what.
Dr. Fitch and Stephanie are amazing. They do incredible work and have the most amazingly positive attitudes you will ever see!
