Wonderful patient/customer service as I have come to expect with each and every visit! Must be a wonderful workplace. The staff is always smiling and happy. My anti-dentitis is in remission with signs of a complete recovery. Thank you Chapin Dental!!
Great staff! Always personal and show concern. They all remember your name. Everybody takes the time to explain my dental health thoroughly. When i am in the chair I always feel like I am the most important patient that they have. Even the girls up front are friendly and will always spend a few minutes with me.
My daughters ages 9 and 14 visited for the first time. They enjoyed their visit. They both liked the hygienist and said the staff was pleasant. I'm pleased with the care we received and look forward to return visits!
I have been a patient of Dr Jowers with Chapin Dental Associates for many years. He and his staff are true professionals. They send electronic reminders of my appointment, I never have to wait to be seen, and their care is exceptional. Dr Jowers did some major work in my mouth and I could not believe that I never had one minute of discomfort. He really is a talented dentist.

Recently had a crown on one tooth, this was my first with Dr. Holstein's office, and I am very particular with whom I allow to perform this. I can say that the service, the professionalism and the product was outstanding. He and his assistant were friendly, always checking to see how I was doing. I would not hesitate to go back for this same service again. Great people, great job!
