My visit was great as always. Everyone was nice, polite and professional. I had extra questions this time and they took their time to answer and helped me with my concerns. We drove up from Jacksonville Fl and it was definitely worth it. We will continue to come up for our visits until we find someone that we can trust.
So Elizabeth is my dentist and she's great because she makes jokes and makes sure I'm comfortable before any work gets done! Two days ago, she did 3 fillins WITHIN 30 MINUTES! Oh and also she does great work! Very happy with this place. I've never had a bad experience here.
Like many people, going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do. But everyone at Chapin Dental Associates makes it as pleasant an experience as is possible. Dr. Britt came in to give me emergency treatment on a holiday weekend and I will never forget that kindness. I highly recommend them.
I was pleased with my cleaning and two fillings. All staff were very professional, kind and competent. I would recommend this office to anyone. Thank you for providing such an important service to our community.
There is no good time to have a toothache and when they do occur you want relief sooner than later. So when I called in the afternoon I was glad that Chapin Dental Associates (CDA) agreed to work me in the next morning. I was even more pleased the next morning when they called to say they could see me even earlier than planned. They had me on the road to recovery in less than an hour. I actually enjoy going to the dentist thanks to my dental hygienist. She's always pleasant, professional and efficient.
Everyone at Chapin Dental Ass. was very nice and Professional. I did not have to wait my appointment was on time. I am a person that has always dreaded the dentist and the staff made my apt. very comfortable for me!
