Didn't stay my entire lease because of the crime, drugs, violence, and multiple murders in the parking lot. The pool hours are so limited they just shouldn't have one. My actual apartment had condoms and broken cabinets in it, when I moved in. Thankfully the condoms weren't used. Most of the new tenants from other states wind up breaking their lease. They only had one competent maintenance man. Due to the land on the East Fence being a protected wetland, the raccoons strew garabage all over the parking lot at night. It's gro... read more

This place wasn't the best but has improved a lot over the past year with the new management. I feel better when I visit now with the new security cameras.
