HORRILE Experience TERRIBLE experience with this company. First, they work out of a warehouse and arrange to meet you in a parking lot. That would have been okay, but they were 20 minutes late meeting me. The flowers were actually warm from being in the delivery car so long. The wrist corsage was was too small for a very small wrist. When I spoke to them about the size, they said it was the standard size. Maybe for a 3 year old! Then the corsage literally fell apart as the girl was putting it on. Don't waste your money here. I got flowers for my daughters birthday which is on Valentines day. I ordered early & an arrangement that was not for the holiday. The arrangement arrived & was horrified! The was 1/2 the size it should have been & the flowers were short & stubby (looked like they picked them up off the floor out of their clippings) they looked as if a 5 year old plunked them in a dish. Very Understanding of my budget Very helpful and considerate of my budget. I went in with nothing with a budget and color preferance(orange) and left with a large arrangment (which they wraped in this neat purple paper--cheeper than a vase) and a card. The employees were all smiles and even let me in the back to see thier inventory. Will definately be goining back if i ever need flowers again.

Takes no responsibility when things go wrong This business took no responsibility for the multiple mistakes on the order I placed. I sent get well flowers to my mother, and ordered a full and modern bright, cheery, orange and pink bouquet. She instead received a traditional and unimaginative red rose and white lily bouquet. The bouquet was also delivered a day late. Horrible service I was considering having chapel hills florist for my wedding. I met with her during an open house at a venue and the owner seemed so sweet. I called to make my appointment a month early. I called two weeks before my appointment day to confirm. I showed up at the shop and a young guy was standing at the counter. I told him I had an appointment and his was response was "ummmmmm..... I dont think so, she is out of town for two weeks" I told him i called to confirm and he asked when. Terrible service and follow up I ordered flowers from Chapel Hills, they were left at the front door unattended for several hours and three days later they look terrible. And then, when I called to talk, I got no return call and had to call a second time. Now, I just got blown off.NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!
