Efficient, friendly, and very helpful! We live in Beaufort, NC. While on a weekend trip to Chapel Hill, we picked up a nail in our tire (rainy, messy day). We showed up unexpectedly, but they embraced our issue considerately noting that we were traveling. They got us right in, determined our issue and remedied same without hesitation. I have never been to Chapel Hill Tire before, but my experience was amazing. All of the staff were professional and kind. I felt appreciated and respected. I was able to use their free shuttle service which was extremely convenient!!!!! Apon receiving my keys back, one of the staff members gave my son a free toy! I would highly recommend this business to anyone in the area. They have gained a new customer after my experience for sure. Everything was well explained and hassle free.
Woodcroft location Friendly employees from start to finish, pleasant atmosphere if waiting for your vehic, and most of all work was done right. I recommend.

This is a first-class auto joint. Not your typical run-of-the-mill shop where their waiting room is in disarray and was last updated in 1980. They have iPad stations and a really nice place to hang out. Recently updated. The staff is also great to work with, especially Curt. Also, text updates and communication... yes, please.
