RecommendedI stopped by Chapel Hill Tire on Franklin street this morning as we had a nail in one our tires. The service was excellent — extremely friendly and efficient. I was blown away at the end when the team refused to charge me for the work they did because they said it only took them 5 mins to fix. What kind and wonderful people. Thank you, Chapel Hill Tire. You are awesome!
We discovered CHT several months ago. Our Nissan truck had an issue that other mechanics failed to find. CHT mechanics at Crabtree Valley location found it and fixed it. They are some of the nicest people too. I had a simple tire rotation and oil change on my old Ford Fusion. The car drove like a dream on a road trip after that. That may sound weird, but it’s the first time I’ve ever truly noticed a difference. It’s now the only place I take our vehicles. Highly recommend.

The service is amazing, and as important, I trust them completely. I was a little nervous at first because the Maserati dealership puts the fear of God into you - “only we can work on these cars”. I will tell you regardless of what kind of car you own, they can handle it all - and will be honest to tell you if they cannot. I would highly recommend Chapel Hill to anyone!
Made an appointment for a simple oil change. Had to wait over a hour and and half to get it done . Simply should not take that long when you have an appointment.
