RecommendedThe staff was very professional and friendly. I have an old vehicle that could've resulted in thousands of dollars of service charges. However, they were truthful in their assessment and gave me options which resulted in saving a boatload of cash. My vehicle is running well after a multi-state trip. I appreciate their honestly and their getting me back on the road safely.

Gratitude is the word that comes to mind when I think of Chapel Hill Tire. They have been taking care of our cars for at least 25 years. I believe it was Dr. Patricia Dominguez, my boss, who recommended CHT saying the prices were fair and the service impeccable. Always friendly and efficient. They text you the progress they are making on your car as well as when they get started and when they are finished. They have taken great measures to keep everyone safe during covid.
Carolyn kept me informed of the progress of the work on my car, and though it was very crowded at their location, the inspection was performed in a short amount of time.
