RecommendedWent to Chapel Hill Tire in Durham today as a brand new customer because my tire was losing air. The woman at the front desk was very efficient. She directed me to the waiting room. Soon after I received a text saying my vehicle was being checked in. Soon after that I received another text that a technician was working on it Soon after it was done. Never have I received text updates when my car was being worked on. This is fantastic. Highly recommend them
