Dealt with dishonestly. I brought in my (93 yr old) mom's 2000 Cadillac for a new radiator. Their estimate was $1065 for 2.5 hour service ($99 per hour) plus radiator, flushing of system and coolant. My two other estimates for the whole exact job were $488 and $532 from auto shops of good repute in the area. I hope they are treated like this when they are old and running low on money.

Had my oil changed by another service center and the drain plug was loose and some oil was leaking. I had to drive to another state that afternoon and needed help quickly. Chapel Hill Tire Car Care Center helped me right away without an appointment and fixed the problem free of charge. This is absolutely where I'll be getting service done in the future. Thanks!
You guys suck! Take my car in for an inspection and every time, no matter what, without fail, they will find something that needs to be fixed, even if it is not part of the official inspection. This place is a rip off! Last time I did not even return for a re-inspection, i drove it right down the road to UN-NAMED MECHANIC and had it done in 15 minutes. I will NEVER go back.
