I needed four tires for my personal car: 245's on the front and 275's on the rear. After checking Tire Rack pricing, I used Chapel Hill Tire's new online quote website and was surprised that CHT's pricing was more competitive AND would not include shipping cost or shipping delay. I have been using these guys for inspections and tire service for several years now. The staff are polite, patient, and explain things clearly. I have never felt that they try to make-up problems or overcharge for anything.
In late February I came in cause my AC in my car had stopped working. They did a compressor replace and line rebuild, my AC worked for about two weeks. Took it back thinking that it would be covered under their 3 year warranty, it was not as apparently another piece of the AC unit needed to be replaced. Now two weeks later my AC is again not working and it seems to me all they did was add the Freon which made it work until that leaked out again. We are so quick to post negative reviews when a biz makes an error and doesn't fix it. Well, in this case, CHT made an error with my car. however, they acknowledged it immediately, went above and beyond the call of duty to rectify it and gave me a nice loaner car for two days so I would not be inconvenienced. My car is running great with no additional charge (I was expecting there to be one). The team at University Place (Brad, Bucky and Stephen) are second to none. Thanks guys!!!

I damaged my tire and needed a replacement but had to have the work finished by 5pm. They started the work at 3:30 and had it ready for me in time. They even sent someone to pick up the tires that I needed from another location! Amazing customer service- THANKS!!
I've had multiple cars services at Chapel Hill Tire over the last 20 years and have enjoyed great friendly reliable reasonably priced service performed by a group of steady, cheerful, practical folks. My adult kids [ 24 and 30] have really enjoyed the value, efficiency and flexibility of CHT.
