I think these folks are great! I was able to drop off my car, get a ride back to my office, and pick-up my car, purring like a kitten, might I add - all in one day! Trey was my point of contact and there was nothing but kind professionalism coming out of that sweet face with the even sweeter southern accent. Chapel Hill Tire (Carrboro specifically) is the only shop I bring my car to anymore. The staff is courteous and thorough. I have actually been recommended away from certain repairs that the staff did not believe were justified which saved me money (this is definitely NOT my experience from other car shops). I am really glad that I now have a shop that I can trust!!
Carrboro store was fantastic. They aligned my Jeep and handling is way better. I bought my tires there on a recommendation by Phil Greene BFG's and these work great on road and off road. Highly recommend Chapel Hill Tire.
I take all the family cars to the Cole Park Location and have been very satisfied with service and find the prices to be very fair. The shuttle service is a great bonus and the driver is a great people person.
I needed a last-minute oil change and called Chapel Hill Tire in Carrboro since they were nearby - Trey was super accommodating and friendly on the phone, and they were able to squeeze me right in! All told, I was in and out within about 45 minutes. Everyone was professional, courteous, and efficient. When I looked at the invoice, I even saw that they threw in a complimentary tire rotation which is awesome since my vehicle is AWD. Huge thanks to Trey and the whole team!
