The cleaning was thorough. Time spent there very pleasant.
Very pleasant and valuable visit. I met Melissa for the first time and I found her very dedicated, competent and concentrated. Everything was fine. My only suggestion: The new visible attractive blue sign in front of the building will help new visitors to drive into the correct driveway if its existence is mentioned to them. (e.g.., in the visit confirmation phone call.) And such mention might help previous patients not to get confused by the big blue novelty when they see a sign they did not expect.
It's a pleasure to go to the dentist when the staff greets you with enthusiasm, and treats you gently and kindly! It's a little scary to change to a new dentist, but these guys made it so easy. I love that they file the insurance claims for me, text me with reminders and generally keep in touch.
Like most people, I have a lot of anxiety when going to the dentist. Dr. Smith and his staff go the extra mile to answer all of my questions, and they make every effort to make me feel as comfortable as possible. The staff is friendly and professional, and Dr. Smith has endless patience with a very nervous patient! I am very pleased to be a patient in this practice.
I was very happy with the cleaning done by Melissa this week. I have always taken good care of my teeth and have been to many dental hygienists, so I know when I have had a pro work on me. Melissa is a pro and I'm so glad my daughter recommended I go to her, when I moved to Chapel Hill last year. I met Amy, the nice young man who oversees the business and also Dr. Smith. I had not been to a dentist in at least 6 or 7 years, could have been longer. I was shocked and thrilled by the amount of personal time and attention I received from both the hygienist and dentist. Also could not believe how many x-rays they took. Their new patient introductory program is deal of the century! Very happy to be going back in 6 months for my next cleaning and check-up
A really nice experience here in Royal Oak! At first I was not sure if it's a good decision to come, as I just found the advertisement and it's so close to where I live, so I thought just gave it a shot. The first visit was definitely wonderful. I have a pretty small mouth, makes everything tricky. Melissa and Amy are very nice and patient and tried their best to help me feel comfortable. Will come back in the future for further services!
I'm very comfortable with Amy...we have developed a cool report over my many years having her clean my teeth.
My cleaning, x-rays and dental exam at Royal Oak were expertly completed in a clean and comfortable environment. I was well cared for and my questions were respected and answered. I highly recommend this practice!
