I have been going to this practice for a number of years and through the takeover and transition with Dr. Smith. It is just a great practice. I move a lot and have been seen in dental practices from FL, VA, DC, DE, MA and now NC. They are welcoming, organized and use technology well. These folks remember who you are and provide excellent services from xrays to cleanings to fillings etc. I would rather have surgery than go to the dentist and this practice has just been great. I got my bottom 2 wisdom teeth removed at age 30. Super smooth process and was comfortable the whole procedure. Dr Smith also set my expectations about recovery since I'm older than the typical patient for this procedure and this was very helpful for planning the recovery. Everyone I've interacted with at Royal Oak is personable and professional.
ROD is a very professional and personable dental office that makes you feel welcome and assured that you will receive the best service. Everyone is highly informative and focused on providing you with a positive visit, whether it is for prophylactic care or something less routine.
Both the cleaning and exam were conducted in a thorough and gentle manner. Neither the technician (Melissa) nor the dentist (Dr. Smith) kept me waiting and both have a very pleasant disposition.
If you do not have your Dentist filing your insurance, then there behind the times. Good service, good people equals a pleasant time.
This is a very professional group who gives detailed attention in a warm way.
