I have been a dedicated customer since they here on the other side of the freeway. Yesterday I bought a tire and had it installed. The new process there is a Chinese fire drill. I paid for the tire on the phone. Went to service dept. They sent me over to pick up the tire. Took the tire back to service dept. Checked bike in. Waited for bike. Bike was finished. Was given invoice that I had to walk half way across the store to pay for it. Then walked back to service to get my bike.... I will just go to Malcom Smith's next time.... read more
Great customer service!! Been shopping there since they were on the other side in that small building. Still the same great customer service but sooo much more to offer. Parts department is top notch with gil back there and help on the sales floor is excellent. Linda the lady who helped me and my son get him fitted in new pant and jersey was so attentive. Her expertise is top notch. Michael diss was also helpful.
it wasn't my best visit !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the guy saling me the tires for my bike had no clue and all he had to do is look at the bike for tire size pluse his price changes 3 different times and every time it got higher n higher just always a bad experience there coustomer service it need improvement n i never give bad reviews but i dreat going here really 3hrs later im FINALLY done wow
Don't buy online ordered a tire and took nine days where motorcycle Superstore has to you in three. For free. Says free 2 day shipping for orders over 149 but that was a lie. Sent an email and nothing will never order anything ever again and will make sure to blast this lousy customer service as far as the web allows. Motorcycle Superstore is the way I know now.
One of the best really helpful and gave me to me on the spot David was my seller and he did and excellent job better then berts mega mall .. Thank u guys looking forward for more business
