Went to get tires and brakes for a 98 Shadow only to find out they refuse to work on bikes over 10 years old. Won't be getting any business from me online or instore.
Be prepared to at least spend an hour, tons of awesome items to choose from. Can't wait to pull the trigger and buy my new motorcycle soon.
I went this weekend to Chaparral and I had the greatest experience ever. The whole process of purchasing a brand-new ATV Can-Am 1000 Went super smooth the sales rep and the finance rep. Went above and beyond to make sure that I walked away with my ATV that same day which I did even though I hadn't taken my trailer to actually pick it up that day.. lol I went back on Monday and got my brand-new ATV. I told one of the reps I will be back,to purchase another ATV in the very near future...
I bought a product from them at 5:00 at night and returned the product at 9:00 the next morning never installed it. They refused to refund my $81.00 which I was there to just exchange the item then buy 2 other items that cost more. Seemed greed like me any other corporate company. Mind you I spend $$$ there at least 1-2 times a week. Please take the time to look your item up on EBay cause the item I bought for $81 was on EBay for $9 pathetic mark up on items as well.
