Parking lot sale was great but need to have vendor Metal Mulisha take more very limited amount this year.
On July 1, 2017 it was late on a Saturday. I had a flat tire on the rear of my motorcycle and they were about to close. My entire vacation would have been jacked as I was on my way to Vega$$ and everything would have been closed for days. William Cheung and the guys at Chapparal stayed past closing time to take my '98 Honda Valkyrie back-end apart and put a new Metzler ME880 on it in record time and get me on the road. The return/exchange for parts over the phone don't make any sense. Long story short, order parts over the phone and apparently the person on the phone is not a parts counter employee. They order the wrong part, and I have to wait for refund. Now I have to pay again for correct part. How does that make any sense?? Can I just exchange it for the correct part without having to wait for a refund!
it was pretty good... they had some good deals there the only thing that kind of sucked was you really couldn't find anybody to help you as far as asking questions about items I hope it gets bigger next year they should have more vendors there I don't know maybe food-related items who knows stuff to make the kids comfortable so you can shop more less distractions LOL
Great location. Freeway close Great Happy Staff always ready to help! Just wish the Tire Dept called me when my RZR paddle package was ready like I asked them too. Left them my cell# and they never called. Waited an extra 45 minutes that I should not have this past Sat 😬
One stop shop for all things motorcycles. Definitely worth a visit 👍🏼
