When you go in on the Sunday before Thanksgiving and have to wait an hour and 15 minutes to get to the parts counter because they only have 3 people working and have 8 spaces for people. Oh, and one of them takes a 15 minute break with a ton of people in line. I used to love this place, not so much any more. They make more than enough money to keep it fully staffed. No customers, no business! Remember that!!
They never have what you need in parts not even a damn gasket. Everything has to be ordered and takes days to get like 5. Seriously it's not like it was years ago. Alot smaller store and they always had the parts you need. There apparel is over prices and their customer service sucks. We go to Langston motorsports for what we need great service everyone is friendly we bought a brand new kx450F there and the experience was fantastic. Will diffently do business with them and will highly recommend them.
Great inventory and had a very nice salesman and got some good deals bought a helmet and some stuff got some info on future purchases !!!
