Rubbish Service - take forever, if they even bother to respond to queries. NOT HELPFUL All the Aussie groups I'm in won't use them. Spend your money somewhere that appreciates your custom
THEY take forever to answer emails / chat etc, and when they finally do, they don't bother to read the problem, or understand the issue, and provide 1 line GLIB responses. NOT VERY HELPFUL

Website doesn't work reliably for international customers, and they never want to reply to messages. Don't need the aggro, shop elsewhere They can keep their attitude
I couldn't get any answers to my questions, a few mates who have tried them don't recommend them either. Really bad customer service... avoid
