I wouldn’t recommend this bakery to anyone. I ordered a cake from them for a party on Sunday. I originally planned to pick it up on Saturday and refrigerate it for the next day. The employee told me that I could pick it up on Sunday at 9am and that it would be fresh. I arrived on Sunday to a closed bakery. The employee blamed me for the confusion and kept insisting my order was for Monday. She eventually admitted that the mistake was on their end. I left empty handed for my party. I found this place on Google, walked in picked the cake that I wanted, the decorated it as I asked them to do. It was delicious. I will return.
I want to thank Chantilli Bakery for saving the day!! We ordered a groom cake from another Baker. It was a HOT MESS. We drove around and asked 3 bakeries if they could fix the cake. The fourth one we called and they were closing in 15 minutes. They said bring on it and will see what can be done. Within 40 minutes they transformed the cake. They saved the day. Thank you so much Chantilli Bakery for saving the day.

They never cease to surprise me. I always get the best customer service and delicious cakes from Chantilli!
Prices are ridiculous. I had ordered cakes in the past here but i don’t know what happened. Now they want to charge an arm and a leg. �
