fue la primera vez que compre un pastel modificado y echo a mi gusto y estaba muy rico la gente comentaba de ello me hablaron 1 y 3 veces para confirmar la orden misma que yo firme y pague primero que todo, ellos manejaron 1 hora para entregarme mi pastel el señor muy amable y el chavo que me atendio igual...!!! 100% recomendado..
Mal servicio pedí un pastel y no me lo hicieron como lo pedí y cuando hablé la persona que me tomó la orden muy despota dijo pues tráigalo y se lo arreglamos estoy a 45 minutos del lugar, a una hora de que empiece la fiesta y les digo vengan ustedes por el y me dice que no � que el no puede hacer nada más me pregunto por que yo tengo que resolver el problema? Si los del error fueron ellos. #nuncamaschantillibakery.

Obvio que nunca es la intención de ningún negocio hacer pasar mal momento a nadie, ni pasar nosotros mal momento tampoco. Llevamos ocho años siempre esforzándonos en cada pastel, cada orden, cada detalle con cada cliente y en todo lo que hacemos cada día.
