I’ve been living here for just over a year and it’s honestly been a great experience. Management has been super accommodating, and Candy is always kind and helpful — just genuinely easy to talk to and quick to respond. I haven’t needed any maintenance so far, but they’ve been so attentive that I’m confident they’d handle anything quickly. The location is great, and I've had nothing but a positive experience so far
Building management has been awesome to communicate with and very accommodating. I enjoyed my stay here.
In the three years we've been here we've had no trouble at all with the staff, I've made several good friends with my neighbors, and any maintenance issues regarding the living space was solved promptly and professionally. The apartment building is quiet, clean, and comparatively cheap to others in the area. Can't ask for much more than that. It was well worth the stay.
I lived at Chang's for 1.5 years and during my time, I've had no issues. My concerns were always promptly addressed. Dealing with building management was simple and responses were always fast. I felt very safe and comfortable; the building and premises were kept clean. I definitely recommend.
If I could give less than zero stars, I would. Future renters, take caution. This building is plagued with water damage and mold. It's also crawling with spiders, ants, earwigs, and mice due to the basement entrance lacking a proper floor (and no, that's not a joke). There are only three laundry machines for the entire building, and they barely function—I've often had to wring out my clothes and run the dryer multiple times.
