I have been living here for several years and have had a great experience overall. The building is quiet, clean and very well maintained. Management is responsive, professional and genuinely cares about the tenants. Any maintenance concerns are addressed quickly and the common areas are always kept in excellent condition. I also appreciate how safe and comfortable the building feels. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed home in Halifax.
I have lived here for the past 5 years and this has truly been my first home in Halifax. The management team is professional, friendly and always approachable. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. The building is consistently kept clean and well maintained and I have never experienced any pest issues during my time here. Overall, it has been a very positive living experience.
This is the worst run apartment building i have ever lived in. The managment have no idea about regulations or laws. And will try to get money out of you aby way they can. The building is dirty, and there are bugs in the hallways constantly. On top of all that it is overpriced for the location and size of the units. That they jam full with students, who are renting for the first time, so they can take advantage of them. I highly advise you dont rent from them.
I’ve been living here for just over a year and it’s honestly been a great experience. Management has been super accommodating, and Candy is always kind and helpful — just genuinely easy to talk to and quick to respond. I haven’t needed any maintenance so far, but they’ve been so attentive that I’m confident they’d handle anything quickly. The location is great, and I've had nothing but a positive experience so far
