This is the worst run apartment building i have ever lived in. The managment have no idea about regulations or laws. And will try to get money out of you aby way they can. The building is dirty, and there are bugs in the hallways constantly. On top of all that it is overpriced for the location and size of the units. That they jam full with students, who are renting for the first time, so they can take advantage of them. I highly advise you dont rent from them.
I’ve been living here for just over a year and it’s honestly been a great experience. Management has been super accommodating, and Candy is always kind and helpful — just genuinely easy to talk to and quick to respond. I haven’t needed any maintenance so far, but they’ve been so attentive that I’m confident they’d handle anything quickly. The location is great, and I've had nothing but a positive experience so far
Building management has been awesome to communicate with and very accommodating. I enjoyed my stay here.
In the three years we've been here we've had no trouble at all with the staff, I've made several good friends with my neighbors, and any maintenance issues regarding the living space was solved promptly and professionally. The apartment building is quiet, clean, and comparatively cheap to others in the area. Can't ask for much more than that. It was well worth the stay.
I lived at Chang's for 1.5 years and during my time, I've had no issues. My concerns were always promptly addressed. Dealing with building management was simple and responses were always fast. I felt very safe and comfortable; the building and premises were kept clean. I definitely recommend.
