Not a bad experience working there. One of my biggest gripes was the schedulers failed to communicate about scheduling issues, which affected my working hours. Also, some of the new office staff (mainly Morgan) are extremely rude. Got into a verbal altercation with her today over my w2. She definitely doesn't need to be working in the customer service field. Very unprofessional. So I'm editing this post. I've been with changes for about a year and a half it's a great place to work thay understand when sick thay work with you I can't complain about any office people thay are great there for you love my clients thay expect you to show up on time do your job thay are like family thay recognize you for what you do great place great bosses
I love changes I've worked with them for almost 2 yrs and plan on going anywhere
I enjoy working for a company that genuinely cares about their employees. They take the time to listen to questions or concerns. To me I feel as though I am a part of a family, and that means alot! I love being a member of the Changes Family!
