I have eight healthcare providers that I see for several medical issues and NONE of them relies on emails to remind patients of upcoming appointments. They use postcards (oftentimes addressed by the patient at the end of the prior visit), automated phone calls (that direct the patient to press "1" to confirm the appointment, for example) or live phone calls AT LEAST one to two days prior to the next appointment. Dr Davis is excellent! I followed her from her previous office. The technicians and staff in the treatment area all gave a great impression. However, the receptionist seemed tired, the person who answered the phone repeatedly confused times, and the girl who set up my next appt. seemed totally confused by her monitor, unfamiliar with the program, and untrained in customer skills.

I thought Kelly did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth and educating me on a way of flossing that I hadn't yet tried. She is also a delightful person. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Barbara Chang and thought she went WAY above and beyond in discussing what she found.

The staff and DDS Chang were very friendly and professional. I must admit, when I first stepped in the office, the waiting room was very disappointing. My first impression was Yuck! this office enviornment has a very cold vibe to it.The pictures on the walls were crooked, the concrete floors cold & ugly. If I were to recommend a friend to your office, I would have to tell them once they get past the blah waiting room, the staff and services were great!

i had a different hygenist on this visit, and again was very impressed with not only the overt friendliness of the entire staff, but also with the professionalism displayed at all times; I am very pleased with the attentive care given by all....will gladly recommend your office to anyone asking for a new dentist, as the person I asked recommended you to me when I was new to the state...Thank you all so much for being so welcoming always!
