In general I don't trust doctors or lawyers as far as I can throw them but I have to admit I did come away much more confident that Dr Chang had my best interests at heart than usually do. She seemed sympathetic to my concerns about floride, radiation and cost and took concrete steps to accommodate my preferences and not ridicule them as some others might have. Colleen was as great as usual & Mary Beth is my husband's and my favorite. Always positive, friendly, thorough. Whenever I get a chance, I refer whoever I can.
Called for a checkup and was asked if there was any problems. Which there was on the left side of my mouth. All checkups we've had includes a teeth cleaning and X-rays. Appt was all about the pain with X-rays taken and no teeth cleaning. We were told the appt spot was not scheduled for enough time for a teeth cleaning and that Courtney said no to the teeth cleaning which was a lie.
