I had a great visit at Chang Dental. They were very understanding of the condition of my teeth, being that I hadn't had a professional cleaning in awhile. They were VERY patient and explained how to take care of my teeth and gums..a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone!
Provide more seating in the waiting area. I received multiple e-mails/texts as reminders. One method would be best.

I was happy with my initial appointment. The dentists were reccomended by 2 different friends. I will be having my husband and 3 kids switch over to the dentist office next.
I don't need quite so many reminders for my appointment. I received 3 emails, 3 phone calls, and 2 texts, all within a week of my appointment. An email and maybe 1 phone call are more than enough.
