Dr Doug really takes time to fully explain procedures and their rationale. I appreciate knowing what's going to happen and why. He demonstrates great care and concern for his patients.
While I was seated shortly after completing my new patient forms, I had to wait over 20 minutes before I was seen.
I wish that I would have been told/counseled when I got my appointment reminder that my insurance limit had been reached, and that I could consider waiting 6 weeks for my exam/cleaning. That way I would be in the next insurance year and my insurance would have paid the $100 instead of me having to pay it.
Mindy was Awesome!!!! She was very detailed and an absolute pleasure to work with.
All staff was kind and helpful. I had a new Dr. and hygienist today and they were very nice. Overall good experience!
Dr B. Chang was excellent! I felt safe and comfortable while she was taking care of me. I'm so happy that I found this dentist.

I did have a hard time hearing Dr Barb over the sound of the equipment - too many things going at once.
