My first experience with the office was after I scheduled my daughter for a routine cleaning. I was so pleased with the staff that I scheduled an appointment for myself. That was six years ago. While there have changes to the staff and a new luxurious office, one thing has remained the same....Chaney, Couch & Associates has been a reliable dentist to ensure the best oral care.
They have a beautiful office with ample parking. Everyone is very friendly. Dr. Couch and the hygienist are gentle and thorough. If you are looking for a new dentist, I highly recommend this office.
Dr. Couch has been my dentist for years and always does a great job .. and my adult son went to an him with emergency situation and Dr Couch got him in ASAP.... Also when I asked for help with hurricane victims ... he gladly donated boxes of tooth paste and tooth brushes.... Dr Couch is a very good caring Dentist... with a great staff!!

Great staff of nurses and Dentists, however the policy “no-show late fee” has to improve. An emergency patient was added to my personal schedule at work today, so I called to r/s my dental appointment because I couldn’t leave work. I completely understand the 24 hour cancellation policy, however it should be applied within reason.
