So disappointed in this business today. I grew up going to chandler Eyecare. They used to care about people and now it seems they become more money hungry. My glasses are broken and I'm out of contacts and they can't get me in for a few weeks and when asked if I could get a temporary pair of contacts lenses I was told that I could not be accommodated so now I am unable to see and forced to go to another business. I have been a patient of Dr. Van Over for a number of years. If I could give 10 stars I would. Every staff member as well as Dr. Van Over have gone above and beyond in caring for my optical needs.
Been going there for 31 years and never once had a bad experience. My glasses have never been sent back for issues. Some of the staff have been there since I've been going there. They remember their customers. I refuse to go anywhere else

Wonderful office. The staff is friendly and professional. The Optometrist is knowledgeable and helpful, with all the various eye are options.
Visited Dr. Van Over for the first time this week. Front staff was very efficient, as was optician for glass fitting. I really liked Dr. Van Over and I hold docs to pretty high standards and won't think a second about leaving and going elsewhere. She took time with me, explained everything in detail before I even had to ask about things. Dr. Van Over gave me multiple options to consider for my particular needs.
