Logan was professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. He gave us alternatives to fixing the unit and estimates. I would definitely use Chancey and Reynolds again.
Another 5 stars for Chancey & Reynolds. Last night my air went out so I called CR at 10:00 this morning. The young lady on the phone set me up for a tech to check it out Saturday morning but while having lunch I received a call from their tech saying he was in the area and could be at my house in 20 minutes. When he arrived he checked the thermostat and went down stairs to the mechanical room where he discovered the condensate pan was full of water. I think this is the 4th year I’ve used Chancey & Reynolds to service my AC and heat units. Each year I contact them to clean and check the AC & heat system and have been very pleased with their service. Their technicians are always on time, perform their service in a timely manner and provide honest answers with any questions you might have. They never try to sell you something you don’t need and their rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend these great folks.
