Moved out during Harvey. New management came in right before. Horrible! Owners and managers will not return calls regarding not returning security deposit after almost 4 months. Has turned into a trashy place.
I love living here because of the property, they need to get a good manager, since the hurricane they have went through 3 and the new one Claudia should adjust her tone and attitude when dealing with the residents.
I LOVE living here at Champion Green I've been here for over a month it's quite nice and the office management is amazing Lori & Miriam are great they always come to my needs whenever i need something. Lori is the most carefree and loving office manager i've ever met she really cares for our Apartment community. Miriam helped get me approved into my NEW apartment with flying colors!! this definetly a place to call home at Champion Green!
Just moved in an the Changed Management did answers all my questions plus is not friendly and pleasant Claudia did not has the attitude to deal with residents
I love living here!! The people that work here are super nice.
Have gotten new management right before hurricane they have went up on people rent that has still been in contract, it cost $30 to pay rent, they extented rent due for september due to hurricane with no late fees but here we are at the end of the month and they are charging late fees for september, they have took down the post stating no late fees due to hurricane, we pay for valet trash but property isnt' clean since last management left so what are we paying this for, everyone is either breaking their lease or not renewing... read more
I have lived here since fall 2014, it was great then, but since I switched apartments this march it has been a nightmare. For four months now I've dealt with a A/C that keeps my apartment hot til 2am. And when it's not doing that I have my own rain forest in my bathroom, it got so bad the elderly neighbor downstairs ceiling came down on her because of all the water.
