Office staff is very friendly, Karya holds all kinds of community events and other programs for tenants. They really know what they are doing here!!
RecommendedChampions Green is so charming and I always have a pleasant experience in this property. The staff is friendly and the people in the neighborhood are as well. Definitely recommend this apt complex.

Be timely and actually care for the needs and well-being of the residents who live here. I've been dealing with a Bed Bug infestation problem since I moved in. It was over 4 months before Champions Green even made sure a First Treatment was done. All the while, my children and I have been and continue still, to get bit nightly. The photos are atrocious. (This is only ONE of the many, MANY problems I've had with this company.) 💔😭😤👎
The area is pretty nice and quite and maintenance request that we put in get looked into promptly. They always treat you with respect.office staffs are very friendly and the maintenance people are very helpful. My experience with the management and all of the staff has been very good.
Pool is always closed, nothing fixed yet from the first day of moving in 2 months ago- dog poop everywhere- no dog poop bags in over a month- they screen their calls, always getting a run around-
Convenient Location & Friendly Staff
These apartments are not what they used to be with previous owner and management. Until they have a manager who is around to answer questions correctly and do what needs to be done for there residents I highly don’t recommend this place to anyone!
