Awful. My unit was leaking for god knows how long in the rear corner and it ruined 45% of the stuff in my locker with water damage and black mold. Debbie the GM & Kathy manager on duty said there is nothing they can do to help me and they are not responsible for my stuff. That’s why they make you sign for insurance. Their smug, unapologetic DM Mike Rogers called me only to echo the same statement. RecommendedWe are pleased with the service and the facilities here. The front staff are helpful, kind, professional and polite. They had the climate-controlled unit in the size we needed. When we were looking for a non-climate control unit that was not available at the time, they kept my information next to their computer and called me when it became available. We would recommend this facility, especially the Smyrna Front Street location!

I went there and the one lady was very friendly I gave mileage how far we were going took off one price off my card then it took more money is sad and put gas in the truck and I did the second one I talked to this morning around about 1025 1030 very rude they overcharged I wouldn't recommend them to no one else I'm very upset I do I supposed to do she l they lied will never use that location again I'm not happy
