One star is too much. I would give them a negative 5 if it was an option. This place does not do preventive pest control! My unit became infested with rodents and roaches. They waited until after the problem happened to supposedly implement rodent control. Now irreplaceable items have been damaged, and contaminated. Everything we own will have to be cleaned! Some of which were my late husband's belongings that cannot be cleaned, and obviously are totally irreplaceable! Their staff says that insurance will pay up to $500.00. ... read more
Wow...A easy experience renting U-Haul trucks two times at this store. Now we plan to rent storage here too. Diane has been GREAT to work with and we look forward to our continued contact with her and this location. Keep up the good work Diane!!
