1 star! The guy that works on Sundays lacks any customer service skills. We needed a uhaul for about an hour and he made the experience so difficult that we won’t ever come back. He needs supervision. He can’t multi task. When it takes almost longer to obtain and return a uhaul than it does for the short while it’s needed, then it’s time to go else where. Completely unprofessional would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
If you put your stuff here prepare to have it stolen! They have inside people stealing your stuff and then they blame it on you! Because you know.....all people steal their own stuff!
Urge employees to take thefts seriously. It really appears that the employees are the ones stealing from military lockers.
Recommendedi had an emergency come up about 20 minutes before i was supposed to pick up my uhaul they told me not to worry take care of my emergency that they would take care of my rental and i could pick it up the next day these people went above and beyond to make sure my rental would still be available and they even called and checked on me the next day sweet people up there thanks again compass for making my move easier
RecommendedJim Lasichak was very helpful and answered all our questions. Was very efficient in setting us up in a unit. Very clean and well maintained storage facility.
Stop raising the fees,every couple of months.I have been with you guys for 4-5 yrs and my rent gets raised every couple of months by 10-14 dollars
