Champion BMW is the only place I've taken both my S1000RRs. Ben is a top notch technician, the parts dept. is helpful, and the sales team is motivated. Professionalism, friendliness, technical expertise and fair prices make this an all around great place to do business.
Wow such great service. I run a YouTube channel under the name Cruising with Capps my bike has to be operational for me to do so I went in for a simple oil change and on my way to the location my shiftier bolt came loose so I was stuck in first gear. I had my BMW recall performed today by Ben. I also had an issue with my gear shift indicator sending unit. Ben was knowledgeable, personable, and most importantly did great work. I had some reservations when visiting this dealer in the past for service but I will be back now that someone of Ben's caliber is the tech.
