My husband and I purchased a 2014 Chevy Equinox with 21,000 miles on it on Wednesday January 27th are salesman's name was Jesse Coleman he was very nice and I was very very happy with the deal I got on my Equinox!! I will be referring all my friends and family to buy their new and used cars here!! Thanks for making my dreams come true of one day owning a Chevy Equinox! Worst service department I've ever been too.. Period. Unorganized unhelpful rude and they literally did everything possible to not help me or take my warranty claim.
Me and my husband bought a truck a few days ago, the next day it had electrical issues, my husband took it up there and they worked on it. The next day the electrical system messed up again. I spoke to Jesse Coleman (very helpful salesman ) , & they had the truck towed, we live an hour away, and put me in a loaner until they can figure out what's going on with it. Even though the truck was broke down, I've got to say that everyone was very helpful.
They need to get their stuff together. Specifically at car wash. Don't deliver what they promise.

This is the worse dealership I have ever been to. I came in knowing what I want knew the value of my vehicle because of "their" link to Kelly Blue Book. After an hour of waiting to drive the vehicle they confirmed from my appointment today. The manager wouldn't let me drive the car until I was "aware" of their numbers. They came back an hour later with a total that was on their website and they decreased the value of my truck with made up issues like cv joints clicking, when my truck is 2011 Silverado non 4x4. DO NOT Bring your car to this location for service. They break things that don't need fixing in order to nickel and dime you for more fees. The staff is extremely rude and unapologetic. I came in for routine maintenance and left with a broken turn indicator and steering wheel that now clicks with EVERY TURN.
