Took my car to a oil change but they dint even reset my oil life light

Took my Corvette for service and cant get anyone on the phone to give me a status. Keep getting put on hold and nobody answering. I cant wait to receive the survey from GM for this repair. Horrible customer service.

I bought my suv in july 2015. My sales person was michael figeroa. amazing service. His manager diettrich was awsome their customer service was spectacular. I really recomend autonation hwy6. If you buying a car, truck or suv go with michael or dietrich. P.s. before i came to this dealers i visit several ones no one could helpme, let me mention one robbin chevrolet the one on 59 norh was one that a visit. Iam so sorry but all what they want is your money. They dont negotiate like to work out prices. And they want to give way... read more
Currently, with a friend who is having a issue with her new 2016 Malibu roughly 800 miles car won't start when it does start engine light is on, so of course she has concerns about driving the car in this condition and I would too , service department is closed at the moment but her salesman, "won't say his name" is no help either but hey, he got his money out of the deal and the contract is signed. Sales an was not knowledgeable. And it's been almost a month and I still haven't received our plates. The manager who valued my trade was the only one who was helpful.
Bought a 2013 Camaro SS about 3 weeks ago. As part of the sales contract the dealership was to re do the racing stripes as they were faded and cracked. After many unreturned phone calls I want to the dealership. I was told to take My vehicle to cartronix to have the work done. Cartronix has My vehicle and the work is being done.
