My experience at autonation was great. My salesman jimmy was a good kid albeit inexperienced, and some of the vehicle information he didn't know, but no big deal. He NEVER ONCE tried to "Sell me" a vehicle which for me is a total plus! I hate high pressure salesmen. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is my trade in offer. This place is out of line I went in there yesterday to have my oil change nd check some stuff on my warranty nd the lady helping me I asked her more than once to check on my warranty before taking my car over nd she pulls a report where she shows me that I only had 2 more oil changes nd the one I was getting was gonna leave me 1 oil change left so I got upset nd I told her I only been here 3 times nd 4th today that I should still have 2 oil changes left. They were courteous, professional and on time. I had appointment for 8:30 and everything was completed and out the door by 10am. WONDERFUL
Sales practices are deceptive. I was sold a vehicle where all the nameplates had been removed along with the window sticker. It had been replaced with the dealership sticker indicating it was a Denali. The salesperson further confirmed this misrepresentation. After spending over 5 hours at the dealership and returning several times within the next couple of days, not one time did the salesperson correct this deception.
