You purchased a new system in May of 2023, did not give us any opportunity to resolve the situation, and then stopped all communication for over 15 months, only recently returning to demand payment for services that we have been unable to verify, inspect, review, or address. Champion Air has been first rate with both sales and installers. Prompt, courteous and helpful. Installers even offered to install new batteries in ceiling mounted smoke detector. Great service.
Our system was still working, just not cooling down to temp and shutting off during hotter part of the day. Their technician came and diagnosed system needed a part and took half a payment without able to give a receipt. They then came back 11 days later and installed the part and completely broke our AC system. We had to spend the night in a hotel and it was our kids first day of school.
