BUYERS BEWARE. All is great until something goes wrong with your spa. When that happens, all the smiles and friendliness turns to evasiveness, deceit and complete lack of accountability. Our nightmare experience started with a fun day trying out spas in the store and progressed to a better business bureau complaint, lawsuit and a completely defective spa that neither jacuzzi nor champagne spa took responsibility for fixing. I can’t imagine a worse decision than to purchase a hot tub from champagne spa.
